Tacotlán is a Mexican restaurant opened in 2018 by father-daughter duo Everardo Macias and Jessica Perjes. The restaurant offers a variety of Mexican cuisine, including Torta de Birria, Birria Nachos, Birria Ramen and the most popular dish on the menu, Quesabirria. Quesabirria is a birria-style cooked beef folded into crispy tortillas and melted cheese and served with a clear broth dipping sauce.
