Providence, Rhode Island – The Browns defeated Mitchell College 101-45 on Saturday.
The 101 points were the most points scored by the Bears in a regular season since Dec. 12 when they scored 102 against the Sacred Heart. 6, 2017. Overall, the Bears shot a season-high 51.2 percent on the night, with most of their damage coming around the rim. Brown scored 64 points against the Mariners. The Bears also passed the ball well, posting a season-best 24 assists. Grace Kirk Leads the Bears with five assists, followed by Arnold and Gianna Aiello There are four.
The Browns started the game 7-0 and the Bears freshman took over, with Leahy scoring 12 points and Arnoli scoring eight in the quarter with 4:15 remaining in the Alyssa Moran… Moreland scored another layup and the Browns led 28-8.

The final quarter belonged to Anamekwe, who had 11 points and 4 rebounds. Brown will be closed until December. 28, when the Bears travel to Florida for a game on the Florida Gulf Coast.
