On Tuesday night, local businesses and those seeking to become business owners will be helped by those who have found success in the Logansport community.
Downtown Re-imagined will take place on Tuesday, October 15th from 5:15pm to 7:30pm. 11 at the National Theater, 317 E. Market St.
The event will provide answers and information about current and upcoming events, buying reserved space and running a business in downtown Logansport.
“Logan’s Landing Economic Vitality Council and Logansport Reimagining Council are collaborating on a workshop,” said Joe Brewer, Executive Director of Logan’s Landing. “They will have two speaker panels. One panel will focus on topics such as marketing, real estate, banking. Then the second panel will introduce business owners who are already set up in the city center. They will get information on starting a business in the city center, Grant information, facade plans and other information.”
The campaign grew out of the Hometown Partnership initiative, with residents saying a strong downtown is critical to Logansport’s development and attracting new residents.
This event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 5pm and refreshments will be provided before the event.
