Exponential Technology Group acquires Braemac Pty Ltd

Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas and Sydney –(Business Wire)–Exponential Technology Group (XTG) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Braemac Pty Ltd., a specialist in product design, development, testing and supply of semiconductors, systems and electronic components. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with 17 offices worldwide, Braemac provides support from design to product realization, driving innovation with industry-leading semiconductor and electronic component partners, providing extensive design and supply chain management expertise.
