FedEx Driver Fired After Reportedly Urinating On Wall Of Dayton Company And Threatening Woman – WHIO TV 7 & WHIO Radio

DAYTON — A FedEx driver has reportedly been fired after threatening a woman who tried to stop him from urinating inside a Dayton facility.

A FedEx delivery truck pulled into the garage of Lewis & Michael Moving & Storage on Watterson Street around 3 p.m. Tuesday. According to an incident report from Dayton police, the delivery driver got out of the truck, walked up to the interior wall of the warehouse and started urinating on it.

An employee of the company began yelling at the delivery driver to stop and took him to their restroom, the report said. She also told the driver that they were a food grade shipping center and his behavior was not permissible.

The delivery driver then started “yelling and calling her name”. That’s when the employee said she was going to call his supervisor.

As the delivery driver unloaded the package, he told another employee at the company “if she gets me fired, I’ll come back and shoot,” the report said. The driver reportedly got back into his truck and continued to yell and “shut off the staff”.

He then got out of the truck again, saying he needed to pick it up from an employee. During this time, he resumed swearing at the employee and “clenching his fists as if he was going to hit her,” the report said. Another employee was caught between the two, and the delivery driver left.

The delivery driver has been fired as a result of the incident, reports said.

News Center 7 did not identify the driver because he has not been formally charged.
