Athlos Game Technologies has entered into a rolling one-year commercial agreement with global mobile gaming operator Playgendary, Gfinity PLC said on Wednesday.
The esports and gaming company said the Athlos tournament platform will be integrated into Playgendary games starting in 2023, listing the titles in due course.
Athlos — which is 100% owned by Gfinity — will pay a monthly fee based on the number of active users.
Playgendary is a top 10 mobile game developer in the world with 3 billion downloads.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
