Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) – The Greater Topeka Partnership, Go Topeka and the Kansas Chamber hosted the annual Kansas Women in Business Conference (WIB) Wednesday at the Townsite Tower. The event is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Be a force, blaze a trail and change the game”. The conference focuses on leading businesses during times of crisis, challenge or change.
The session is moderated by internationally renowned economist, author and leadership expert Mary Kelly. “The world is an uncertain place, and we are constantly dealing with crises, challenges and changes,” Kelly said. “These impact our business, so it’s imperative that we have the tools, technology and strategies to best leverage our strengths, skills and business to help those around us.”
Business people also have the opportunity to mingle, discuss and network with each other.
