Co-founder Jessica Keller is COO and has a creative background with years of experience in luxury interior design. Her husband, Noel John, is the CEO with a background in marketing and sales. John has developed and opened five boutique retail stores in the New York area.
Keller and John recently closed their Kent Avenue storefront and opened two new ones. The first storefront, located at 96 North 5th Street, opened in mid-July. This designer collaboration. The store has a selection of small household items such as candles and ceramics, as well as local originals including furniture and art.
From January 2022 to July 2022, Keller and John oversaw a complete renovation of the space for a period of six months. They also partnered with local brand Muz Muz to turn part of the store into a coffee shop. “This place will be where we host many of our events,” Keller explained.
Designers Collab.’s second new store at 119 North 1st Street is currently in the soft opening phase. According to Keller, it’s “most similar to our original location,” but with the addition of a fashion department.
According to Keller, the North First Street store has three floors with 25-foot ceilings and is filled with “many new artists and curators.” “We’re excited to finally open it up to the public,” Keller said.
Keller also explained that during this Designers Collab. The location is open to the public, the team is still working on a lot of changes, and when these are all done, the location will have a grand opening.
