SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 17, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Rackspace Technology® (NASDAQ: RXT ), a leading end-to-end multi-cloud technology solutions company, today announced the appointment of Bobby Molu as Chief Financial Officer, Effective January 16, 2023. Molu is taking on the role of Rackspace Technology’s CFO after Amar Maletira’s appointment as CEO in September 2022.

Prior to joining Rackspace Technology, Molu served as Chief Financial Officer for International Markets at Mastercard, overseeing Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to that, Molu was Chief Financial Officer of Mastercard Asia Pacific.
Prior to Mastercard, Molu spent 15 years at Hewlett-Packard Corporation in various finance roles, including CFO of Aruba Networks, where he led the integration of Aruba’s HP Enterprise acquisition while driving cost efficiencies and revenue growth.
Prior to this role, Molu was Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan Corporate Services, where he led the region to its largest year-over-year profit growth ever. Molu has also worked in Australia and New Zealand where he successfully led the transformation of the largest sub-region in Asia Pacific. Prior to HP, Molu held various finance positions of increasing responsibility within IBM Global Services.
