London-(Business Wire) — Andrew Ellam, former chief of staff and chief technology officer and head of technical program management at Monzo Bank, joins the senior leadership team as vice president of technology for Climate X, an award-winning global provider of climate risk data and analytics, headquartered Based in London, UK.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, having worked with companies at all stages of growth, including venture-funded start-ups, growth-stage scale-ups, and large tech companies such as Amazon and Facebook.
His experience includes scaling services run by global teams of software engineers in large-scale cloud computing deployments, where operational resilience is mission critical for business and regulatory reasons. He has an MBA from London Business School and most recently served on UK Finance’s Digital, Technology and Cyber Security Products and Services Council.
