Lexington, KY, January 27, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Valvoline’s global products business launched a fixed operations software service today at the 2023 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show.

The software brand is Vision Service Lane Technologyfor Valvoline car dealership partners only.

Vision, one of the most comprehensive fixed operations software tools in the industry, leverages relationships with partners to understand their pain points and missed opportunities in their current software. Used in a service drive or service desk, Vision helps advisors build rapport, trust and accountability with consumers. In addition to its service channel functionality, Vision can be used to run day-to-day operations within a service department while keeping consumers informed every step of the way.

Vision includes a newly developed remarketing feature that delivers advertisements, messages and reminders to keep consumers returning to the dealership for future service. Additionally, Vision offers tools that can help speed up and simplify the process of refurbishing used vehicles.
