Troeger told police he would be paid by Allegood once the work was completed. Later, Allegood claimed Troeger failed to perform the services requested of him, police said.

According to police, Allegood sent several emails to Troeger demanding a refund or he would continue to harass Troeger.

Troeger told police that Allegood sent harassing emails to his family and created a website to disparage Troeger and his business in the Cary, Aardwolf International investigation.

Allgood turned himself in and was given a $5,000 bond. He will appear in court in January. 31.
